Songsalive!
holds workshops where songwriters gather to share their songs, gain
feedback and develop relationships within the songwriting communities
we have created around the world. The workshop includes an in-the-round
song critique session where writers present one song each - either on
tape, CD or live - and receive professional, constructive feedback on
your song by a music industry professional (Guest speakers from various
arenas of the music industry give their time to give feedback, educate
and provide opportunities and insight). This is your chance to develop your songwriting in a supportive and intimate
environment, meet invaluable music industry experts, network with
fellow members, and be part of your local songwriters community.
Songsalive! is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and
promoting songwriters and composers worldwide. Moderated by Rodney O'Riley.

Performances take place in the Guitar Department at Sam Ash Westminster, on our showcase stage. Each performer will present three original songs. Tea and snacks will be provided for the audience. There is no admission fee for the event, but donations are gratefully accepted. “ Songsalive! is an all-volunteer organization. We play for tips! Your humble host is Rod O'Riley, chapter coordinator for Songsalive's Orange County chapter.
